June 23, 2021A Special Public Town Board meeting regarding Zoning Proposal was called to order by the Supervisor Gene Pigford at 6:30 p.m. April 29, 2021 at Town Hall Board Room located at 44 Grand Street, Sidney NY. Along with Zoom online access.

Public meeting which was a total of 20 residences attended either in person or a Zoom. Several residences still have concerns on the following issues: farm equipment, commercial/ residential zoning changes, multifamily dwellings, and special permits.
At 7:02 p.m. motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Pigford and seconded by Mr. Selleck and carried. AYES: E. Wilson , P. Cordes. NAYES: None
