For licenses issued in New York State (Outside of New York City).

General Information & Application for Genealogical Service
The basic fee for issuing a genealogy copy, transcript, or no record report is $22. This is payable by bank check, money order or certified check unless drawn on a local bank. Check is made payable to Town of Sidney.
