August 18, 2022The Regular meeting of the Sidney Town Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 p.m. June 9, 2022, in the boardroom at 44 Grand Street, Sidney. Prior to the meeting, bills were audited by the Board.

SPEAKERS: Travis Andrew presented his paperwork for a license for a Cannabis Dispensary in the Town of Sidney.
Loddie Marsh presented information on the Sidney Center park and let us know that there will be a Grand Opening on July 3rd.

Monthly reports of Supervisor, Bookkeeper, and Town Clerk. The clerk is submitting checks totaling in
$ 1,214.00 fees collected during May 2022.
REPORTS/ORAL
HIGHWAY– Highway Superintendent- James Roberts: Received application for opening at the garage, will be scheduling interviews and announce at next meeting July 14th. Working on River Road passed ( exit 10). Working on Fox Farm Rd with a Beaver dam problem that is flooding the road.
The Utters are doing a wonderful job at the Pioneer Cemetery, where they are cleaning headstones and cleaning up the grounds. All the work they are doing is volunteering.
SUPERVISOR– Eric Wilson- Talking with Wells Fargo and Wayne Bank regarding CDs
BOOKKEEPER– Karen Kropp: Nothing to report
TOWN CLERK– Sheila Paul: Getting ready for the Hometown Parade! Reminding everyone the office hours are Monday -Thursday 9 to 4 and Fridays 9 to noon. Summer hours from July 1st unit the end of August office closed on Friday. Also, will do appointments after hours.

Hospital– Hunt/ Wilson: A new tenant ( Wrestling club) moving in on 6/10/2022.
Insurance–Heath / Hunt: Mr. Hunt met with B. VanGorder and went over policies
Zoning & Planning– Muratore/ Selleck Nothing
East Sidney Lake– Heath/ Selleck: Order items to start inputting internet at the lake.
Finance-Muratore/ Wilson:
IT– Hunt/ Muratore: Need to look into East Sidney lake’s website
DCO liaison– Heath: nothing
